I recently got a pair of embroidered flare jeans and I'ver seriously never gotten so many compliments. Everyone is always shocked when I tell them they're from Old Navy. I recently visited the Waterford location to shop the Devil Wears Prada 2 collection, and luckily they still had most items in stock. I'm going to see the movie with friends and we're all dressing up to the theme. I got the groundbreaking florals for spring tee -- so fun (IYKYK)! The cerulean sweater was also so cute, and my friend ended up getting it. I've already been shopping here for many of my son's toddler outfits, but I've really enjoyed shopping for myself recently as well. I also really like their athletic wear and got a cute girly workout skirt. I will say that their new release items are priced a bit high in my opinion, but their stuff tends to go on sale pretty quickly and I try to only shop the sales for the best deals. You can sometimes find better deals online than in store, and things ship pretty quickly.

For myself I like their sports wear, I love that the texture of the clothing is so soft, the adult sportswear in specific and everyday cotton shirts. I just love how they feel, the texture. This location in Waterford lakes is pretty good, I feel I can find what I'm looking for most of the times, and their sales selection is always updated and you can find good deals year around. The only thing that I may have an objection about is that sometimes to check out it takes a long time, not all the time but often enough that's a pattern, the lines takes long, I know is normal in retail to try to upsell the store offers, credit cards reward program, etc, but sometimes even when there are only a few people in line it takes a long time to check out. I also wanted to add that old navy's app is pretty good when it comes to ordering clothes online and pick them up on location, and to get general info about the store. Recommended.

I called the next morning the store wouldn't help they gave me the managers email and the manager never bothered to reach out. This is the worst store with the worst customer service. They took no accountability and said the bugs didn't come from there mind you we have no pets and NEVER had any issues with bugs . I attached photos of the bites and the fleas

Tons of parking spaces so it was an easy park and shop. Once inside it was racks sorted by departments just as a normal dillards just minus all the fancy mannequins etc. I browsed the entire store as it was really organized . All items are 65%off the original prices but final sale. Shoe selection was mehhhhh, it was a bunch of older lady shoes and super bling shoes which are not my style but if you are 7-8.5, there was a bigger selection. I loved the formal dresses and mens suits and the prices were amazing. This store seemed to have a beach / west Palm vibe for women casual and summer though which again isn't my style . Tons of winter stuff and denim for kids. Swimsuits ---- oh I could've easily purchased 10! Huge selection of beach wear, accessories and swim for the family. Service is like an outlet so some nice some non existent . there are fitting rooms and one check out area. I plan to visit the other one in west Colonial as well but this is a great clearance rack store !

Banana Republic recently has been moving from a basic fast fashion big box brand to a demi-luxury…read moremarket with it's price point, the addition of a home decor shop (not at this location), reverting to its initial branding which in this day & age feels far more upscale than the basic branding of the past 20 or so years, and its material choices (adding more hides and leatehers, natural fibers and a far more expancivce accsessories department as a whole) However with that new demi-luxury price point comes a new customer who expects a bit of a higher customer servece level - at least basic care information readdily avable wthout having to call customer service. While this is not nesisarrily specific to this location, I did have an issue with this location after buying a suede jacket that is stocked year round. After speking wth 3 staff members about basic care for their brands suede (which is likely not as high quality as some competiors at a higher price point) all three looked at me with confusion and didn't seem to understand the basic question being asked and I was directed to customer service by all three. The last one I spoke with did ask me to elaborate on why I was asking this so at least took the time to understnad why that's information they should have at the ready which was apprichated. Otherwise, this is decent medium sized location that tends to get more of the summer prices year round with some of the winter items for tourists that routinely make stops here while in town. Staff is friendly and chatty (In a good way) but not well educated on their brand and product.

I haven't bought any clothes here yet, but I lost slight control of myself in the jewelry section about a week ago. I'm a sucker for earrings and they have a beautiful selection. All of the earrings were so unique and pretty that it took me almost 20 minutes to decide on 3 pairs. They didn't come cheap (around $16 a pair) but they're gorgeous, they feel like "me" and I've received several compliments on them. Love it! Next time I'll see if I can find a shirt or dress (lots of Gatsby inspired looks here, which I want to try!)

Yes, it's a clothing store with cute outfits, but what catches my eye here are all the creative and beautiful accessories that they have. Since it's a boutique, the displays are constantly changing and new items are available. Limited quantities assure you that you probably won't see what you buy everywhere, so that's a perk for ladies that like "making a statement" with something different, but not crazy. LOL! Very similar to other boutiques in the area, like Forema, but with better prices, I would say. Friendly customer service that goes out of their way to accommodate you and find that "perfect item" that you are looking for.
