The Twin Cities premium outlets is a great option if you're looking for affordable clothes/gifts…read more We typically come here around the holidays to do Christmas shopping. However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before.

BEWARE & CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!…read more This is the third time I've shopped at the Ralph Lauren Outlet in Eagan and had an issue with my receipt. A top was marked $39.99, and I was supposed to receive an additional promotional discount, but I somehow ended up paying MORE than the red-ticket price. When I called, instead of simply reviewing the receipt and correcting it, I was told I needed to prove the price with a screenshot and email it to corporate before they would consider a refund. Seriously? The last time I shopped here, I was overcharged by $15 and had to turn around and go back for my money. Check your receipts carefully. After multiple pricing issues, I no longer trust that the advertised prices and discounts are being applied correctly. This is an outlet store--customers shouldn't have to fight to get the price they were promised. It feels like you're scamming people for profit. Do better.

I used to shop at Old Navy when I was much larger and couldn't fit into any Gap clothing. Old Navy had larger sizes that weren't ugly and I appreciated all of it. What was nice to see was a gender-neutral section of clothing. I like how accommodating and sensitive Old Navy has become in this area. I loved looking at the graphic and tie-dyed t-shirts. They say that the latter trend is going away. I hope not. There were a lot of marked-down items. I didn't need to get any clothing, so I ended up browsing around the store. The lounge pants felt so soft and comfortable. I had to tear myself away from this section because my petting them probably looked obscene. I enjoyed checkout out what Old Navy has to offer. I'd return to check this store out again when I need to get an article of clothing or more. (8)

I visited the Eagan Outlet just to visit this Gap Factory Store. It did not disappoint! It was fun seeing the exact jacket that I was wearing at this store, but in white. Yep, I truly do love this brand. I ended up getting a couple of sweaters that were $7.99 each. They look great and fit nicely. I also got the most comfortable pair of cargo pants. I was not expecting to be that comfortable. It had more Lycra than I had anticipated. I had to get a pair. I wasn't anticipating getting purple mittens and matching hat. Initially, I was looking at a purple infinity scarf. It was okay, but I liked the matching purple mittens and hat a lot more. They felt right when I tried them on. More importantly, they were heavily reduced. Both items combined didn't exceed $5. I had to try everything in the fitting room. It was bright and clean. I had plenty of places to hang my stuff and the articles of clothing that I wanted to try on. The man cashing me out was helpful. He asked whether I had any coupons. Nope, I didn't, but I was happy that he had asked me. I saved a ton of money, which made my day. I paid using a credit card. The transaction processed quickly. I also got Gap cash. Deadly, but I'll take it! I love this store. I will be back. (17)
