I got bids from several companies through Yelp and ABS was the most readable quote. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

Following a bad year due to health related problems, I had left my window cleaning take third place…read moreso they were in a very bad state inside and out, not to mention the screens. I warned Dave when I made the service call. On the day, he arrived on time. He was kindly restrained when I walked him around and he proceeded with his serious cleaning task. I was so concerned that I rejoined him a couple of times to see how he was coping; I was amazed to see what he was doing. All screens had been removed and neatly stacked on the deck, he was cleaning the whole window glass & frame and lubricating them as he went along (Some of them were so stiff that I had given up opening them). I received several useful tips and practical advice on windows upkeep. When it was all done he also advised me on upkeep frequency, which was much deserved. I have never had such a high quality service performed so tactfully. It felt almost as if I had moved in a new house. I recommend MOST HIGHLY the care and quality of this Window cleaning service.

This is the third time that Andrew and his growing company have cleaned our windows and deck. They…read morenot only do a great job, but they have leverage technology to provide spotless windows. Andrew started out washing windows as a college student. A very personable guy, he innovated and grew this part-time effort to earn money into a full-time business. In just three years he grew from Andrew's Window Cleaning into Wash-It-Pros. They do windows, but now do whole house exterior and deck cleaning, using the same equipment. And he now has employees who do the work. The technology that makes spotless a reality is a water processing system that reduces particulate matter from the water. If you have seen the advertisements for Brita v. Zero Water you know that tap water has particulate matter, ie. stuff, in the water. Filters take out this stuff that generally has a particular count of around 150 units. Wash-It-Pros' system reduces the particle count to about 2. This allows they to brush scrub your windows, decks and home exteriors without detergent. And once dirt is removed, the rinse air dries leaving spotless glass. It really does work. Service is great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They are conscientious about preventing water coming into the house and they take their shoes off when indoors. Also, they remove screens and clean them. Wash windows inside and out. And replace the screens when done. We have never experienced such efficient and un-messy approach in cleaning. You will be amazed and come to agree that Wash-It-Pros deserves a five star, greatest ever rating. If you don't believe it, have them do you home and see for yourself. Good work, Andrew!
