The next service person said there is a faulty part and he would get it ordered. Today, he arrived at our home ready to replace the bad pump but found that the wrong part had been loaded on the truck. Three months and still counting to get a proper diagnosis and repair. SK Lavery service is awful. Really bad. Take your business elsewhere.
