However, it was good that we had cell phones as the room phone didn't work. The TV took an act of Congress to get it to work. The painting and general maintenence must have been done by a 14 year old. The picture on the website of the breakfast was not even close. I managed to find a boiled egg and made a waffle. Not much else there. The girl working the front desk said that a new owner had taken over and she has never seen him. I guess I will go with a 3 because the employees were good folks. Nationwide Auto Transport LLC is a terrible company to work with. They are deceptive and will lie…read morewithout a second thought to get your business. I will never use this company again and will caution all of you to BEWARE; better to be safe than sorry. My name is Paulino V., owner of EAST WEST AUTO SOLUTIONS LLC, Miami Florida, (automobile transport company). I contracted specifically with Nationwide Auto Transport LLC, located at 1205 West Plains, MO 65775, to transport a 09' Toyota Matrix from Orlando, Florida to the state of Pennsylvania. The vehicle was delivered on April 16th, 2025. Payment for the delivery was supposed to be in two days after the delivery. Today is April, 25th, 2025, still not paid. Today, after numerous calls complaining to "Mandy" at Nationwide, I informed her, I was gonna call the owner of the car I transported and the moving company that contracted them to inform them that Nationwide had yet to pay my company and that if they ever needed a vehicle transported to DEFINITELY find a different company. Moments later, Matthew, the owner of Nationwide called me and in sum "threatened" that if I called them, he would NOT pay my company. So naturally, the first thing I did was call the owner of the car, and then the moving company that contracted with them to have the vehicle transported. Therefore, in closing this review, again I wish to warn all automobile transporters that if they want to avoid a headache, they should definitely avoid doing business with Nationwide Auto Transport LLC, 1205 West Plains, MO 65775

Janet provided an instant quote and let us know exactly what to expect. Price was middle of the road and we decided to go with them. They gave us a three day pick up window and picked it up on the first day of the window. The delivery time to California was estimated at 5 to 6 days. On the third day, we started receiving phone communication from the drivers ( Mike & Sandra) with an updated ETA. As the time got closer, we received hourly communications, which we greatly appreciated. Our car is home safe and sound in better than expected time. Thank you so much, until next time.
