When the person they sent finally arrived, he couldn't change the tire. I called back, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I then asked to be towed home, and they refused, saying they only tow to a mechanic shop. They also wouldn't tow me to a shop near my house, and insisted on towing to the nearest shop, which was basically where I was already stranded. At 2:00 a.m., that was completely unhelpful. They said it was "policy." I ended up having to leave my car there and take an Uber home around 3:00 a.m., after being left outside in freezing conditions. I came back in the morning and got someone else to help me change the tire (not them). Stay away from them. Avoid them like the plague.
