Later in the day when the tire was replaced i headed out again and the tire blew again on Highbury as there has an issue with the suspension rubbing on the tire that the garage didn't realize. I called Shane and he was back quickly to tow me again from a dangerous spot . He got my Mini Cooper safely back to the garage and this time it was repaired correctly. Yes it was the first snowstorm but when I called him before 6:30 AM, it sounded like I woke him up…read more He said he would see where his truck was and call me back. When he didn't call, I called him again 25 min later and was told again the truck was coming. By 8 AM and still no truck, I called again. He finally showed up close to 8:30. Proceeded to tell me he said he told me it was going to be 2-3 hours wait time. This was the first he told me or I would have called someone else. Mike proceeds to tell me I was lucky he showed up and it was dangerous. No shit, I was stuck at an intersection for 2.5 hours with cars sliding to get around my car. I was charged $170 for a 10 min tow to my office. Not only was he rude to me but also his employee. Don't give this guy your money!

Jeff showed up and was very friendly, professional and informative. We sat in his cab until the police were done with the report, then he drove us home.
