On May 27th, 2022 I took my vehicle in to have the front brakes replaced at mufflerman - north…read more They replaced the front disc brake rotor and pads. Fast forward to September 2023 and I noticed there was a shimmy when I braked. I had a local technician check it out for me and he said that the front rotor was warped. Seeing that the front brakes were just replaced in 2022 and pricey, the local tech said I should contact mufflerman to see if they were covered under warranty.......so I called mufflerman and spoke with Lee who said, No, they are not covered because it has been over a year since I had the work done. It was 1 year and 4 months and they would not honour to replace the service performed. So, I checked my odometer reading from when I took my vehicle in to mufflerman in 2022 to 2023 and the brakes they installed didn't even last me 10325 kms. Needless to say, I am very disappointment in the customer service given and the quality of parts used. I will not go there again and I Do Not recommend their services.

I truly appreciate you jacking the car on the truck bed and and putting the donut on it on the flat bed. Because with a flat tire pulling straight on and off is ok. But turning and navigating into a spot could further damage the tire Adam put the small spare tire on it before it came down the ramp and he tried to save the tire in case it was repairable still. Update it was not repairable but had it been your efforts would have been the difference in my convenience levels and financial well being. And for the 10 mins it took I truly appreciate you going above and beyond. After already towing the car to Niagara Costco all the way from Port Dover. So after a 2 hour tow you still thought about the customer over your own comfort. Thank you once again!
