They damaged my inside door area on the bottom with a big gouge and was suppose too be fixed and was never done. Talk about insurance fraud here. Not too mention that they broke off the little round cover over the screw in the door handle area! Than threw it on the floor of the car thinking i would not notice! To this date it has not been fixed and i have cut my fingers on it several times cause it is very sharp. Hmm....Looking for a lawsuit coming against them soon? Also told me that the insurance company was going after them and that they should be held responsible for the rental costs for going over the time frame they said and they went and billed me for their faults!
