After a decent start, communication completely broke down. My wife repeatedly reached out for updates, but she was ignored. After months of delays, she took charge, but instead of transparency, she was dismissed as being unreasonable. After a third-party inspection, it was confirmed that the repairs were unsafe--specifically, a critical structural component (High Strength Steel rail) was improperly repaired instead of replaced. After all this, the car was declared a total loss. This caused us immense stress, financial strain, and serious safety concerns. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this shop and find a more reputable facility. Your safety and peace of mind are worth it.
