It became immediately clear after our initial consultation that Debbie and Nick's approach was significantly different than a highly "recommended" landscaper who proposed the usual yellow day lilies, Japanese holly, nandina, plunked here and there, all of which you can see in any commercial landscape. Nick started with huge amounts of soil mixed with pumice to assure good drainage which was the first major difference. Their very creative plant selection was adjusted as needed, which I found very reassuring as a gardener. We now have these beautiful moss and lichen boulders sitting among a variety of plants, tied together in a colorful apricot and purple pallet. Nick, Debbie, and Josh only work on one project at a time, so we knew once work started, it would not stop until it was finished. Neighbors are always stopping by to look. We can not wait until it all grows in. It is beautiful!

I cannot comment on the quality of the work, but I can confirm that the communication is horrible. This extreme delay and silence are a major red flag for how this business operates. I have since noted that this communication pattern is a recurring issue mentioned in other Yelp reviews. I would not recommend doing business with this company due to the unacceptable delay in simply providing a quote.

From the first meeting, I told them I was looking for a contemporary/modern style. I provided the designer with a multi-page PDF of inspiration images and links to examples of landscape designers I liked (that don't live here). Long story short, they couldn't deliver a contemporary/modern landscape design. But, instead of owning that at the beginning of the process, they let me know after two disappointing design rounds and a $700 deposit down the drain that they "believe that your desired design aesthetic is outside the scope of our expertise". They had all the information to make that determination early-on but took on the project anyway. The only saving grace and reason they aren't getting one star is Theresa. She's a hoot and I loved talking to her. I think she did her best and made every effort to save the project when she saw it wasn't working. Now, I've had to start over at square one 6 months later--when I hoped I would have had my landscaping installed and ready to enjoy by fall. Super disappointing experience that could have been completely avoided from the get-go.

They immediately got to work building me the deck I dreamed of. I was so impressed with their work that 6 months later I called them again to re-build a deck at the back of my house that was failing. Again, exceptional work. Last week I bought an RV and needed part of my fence moved/re-built so that I could fit my new RV on the pad at the side of my house. They came out the same day I called them and gave me a quote. 2 days later they moved an installed my new fence. I honestly can't say anything negative about this company. Tony, the owner, has shown me over and over again that he cares about his work and the quality of work as well as the satisfaction of his customers. Any issues that came up he took care of without question. The two gentleman that actually did the work were amazing, hard workers. They did an excellent job and definitely did things the right way. When they started the work, they were here every single weekday without fail. I have hired multiple other companies and these guys were by far the best I have experienced. They did not drag things out by no showing randomly like so many other places. I'm sure you can find another company that is cheaper, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Wish I had used them originally so I didn't have to redo 10s of thousands of dollars I paid another company. Highly recommend. The project was completed but not to the agreement. I wrote this off as a slight misunderstanding because a majority of the work was completed the way I was expecting. I did receive some bi-weekly maintenance until the sun stopped shining. This is where it took a turn for the worse. My maintenance stopped and my inquires both email and phone were ignored until the spring. the payments kept coming out of my account but I still received no service. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.
