They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? All in all, this was a terrific experience and I wish I had hired this company 13 years ago when we landscaped our yard. I'm so impressed with them and you will be, too.

The owner, Shawn, is a very friendly guy. He came out as scheduled to look at the yard and I expressed to him that I needed it done right away. He said he would have the bid to me that night but it took over a week of constant reminders. That was fine and I approved the bid. They broke a sprinkler when they were doing the work, added a camellia instead of a hemlock without running it by me, and showed up with 4 foot arborvitae instead of 6 and started to put them in without talking to me. He fixed the sprinkler eventually and it took him several months to get the trees in. The trees died within a few months and I have been trying to contact him ever since. He finally answered his phone a few months ago and said he would be by within the week. This was after ignoring many texts, emails and voice mails from me. He never showed. My husband finally got ahold of him this morning and he said it was out of the warranty period! He is a flake and I just want to save you all from the aggravation.

He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave me a great price for the work. Several days later he and one of his employees came back and did the job. I can honestly say that my yard has never looked this good in the 30 plus years I have lived here. The edging was sharp and they created a lovely rounded shape around my lacy leaf maples. My camellia bushes are now down to a size where I can actually reach the flowers! All evidence of debris was cleaned up and taken with them .
