Dr. Jill got her in for an assessment and as usual, she jumped right on it and offered to perform surgery the very next day. The next day happened to be her day off, but she graciously convinced me that she didn't mind. I must also add that the holiday hours would have prevented my dog from getting the surgery until the following week. I think that says a lot about Dr. Jill and her staff! Honestly, Before I started seeing Dr. Jill, I had numerous complaints about the care my dogs were receiving. Dr. Jill listens, takes a teamwork approach, doesn't hold back when she sees a problem (my pup needs to lose a few pounds) is reasonably priced, and goes above and beyond for her patients and their parents. Another example of her commitment to awesome care is that I wished for my pup to have a heart worm shot, as opposed to pills. She immediately researched the vaccine and took a training class to provide that service for my dog! Seriously, I feel like my pup couldn't be in better hands with her healthcare. And no extra charge. They are not all about the money, they really want what's best for your pet. I've read a couple of the bad reviews here... if you're mad about the way they trim your dogs nails, COMMUNICATE with them about the best position for your dog to be calm and still have a nail trim. If you're upset about your cat not getting treatment because you cant afford to pay your bill, PAY YOUR BILL or go somewhere that has a payment plan for you. You wouldn't want to go to work and not receive payment now would you?
