So let's get into it. I walked up to the kiosk and punched in my order for my chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread. The order is posted in my photos for this review. While waiting for my sandwich to be prepared I grabbed some jalapeño chips and a small mixed zero calorie soda. It took less than 10 minutes. I was in and out. The food was delicious. I even ended up returning two days later for the same thing. Give it a try. You have several sandwiches, chips and sodas to choose frim.

I was attempting to buy a Powerball ticket but the bill was old & worn & the machine wouldn't accept it. So I went to the register to get change & SASHA then wound up arguing with me & publicly so. I was told "We don't do that" & that despite the fact that NUMEROUS cashiers HAVE previously done so. SASHA doesn't know how to do HER job because I was told "There's no way to open up the register unless you buy something" & that's NOT true because I've seen other employees hit one button, open the register & give people change, myself included. So SASHA is / was MISTAKEN &, unfortunately, her penchant for publicly ARGUING with a loyal customer who has been here hundreds of times has now earned this place a bad review. What SASHA failed to understand is that if she'd simply done as requested (or, in her case, KNOWN what to do) I would have turned right around & spent that money AT that location but that's exactly the sort of unproductive, unpleasant, unprofessional and completely self defeating so-called "thinking" which tends to typify ignorant, uneducated, poorly socialized, marginally employed 19 year olds in this day & age & it's sad. Will I go back to this store, relatively soon, to attempt to speak to whoever manages this particular store in person & discuss the silly, offensive, completely preventable behavior of SASHA? Yes. Yes, I will. This silly, stupid CHILD is ignorant, mouthy, argumentative, unprofessional, unknowledgeable & an embarrassment to ROYAL FARMS itself, she should just be FIRED. Get RID of her, she's a pending liability & NOT a credit to this organization. At all.

I like Exxon and the Exxon app that I can earn extra points toward my next pump up!!…read moreUnfortunately, I had a bad experience with this gas station lately. I used the app to pay for my pump, then a week later, I notice that I got 2 charges in this gas stations on the same day in my credit card. I came and talked to them. They said they don't have any footprints/ camera of that day. They said that the footprints/ camera don't work. They also told me that they couldn't reprint the receipt or looked back the history of transaction. The maximum days for them to check history is 3 days back. He told me that he needed to talk to his boss. They denied to refund me money even I came with my statement, my receipts (the e-receipt in the app), and the Apple Pay history. I tried to prove them everything but they still denied my case. I had to call to the credit card to report it. The credit card company finally refund me my money back. After that, I don't do gas as Exxon as I used to because I am afraid of extra/ double charge on my card and they will say that their camera doesn't work/ they can't see any history of the transaction of that day. How do I see the transaction post right away in the credit card so I can come and tell them within 3 days? Most of the time, gas station just put a pending of $1 when I fill gas then the money is kicking in couple days later. Just be aware of using credit card to pay at this gas station or keep the receipt until you can see your transactions in your credit card. I'm using wawa now coz wawa is much cheaper and nicer than this gas station.

I have pumped gas there for years as it is the last station on the way out into many areas I hike. The young gas station employee behind the counter waved me to come inside for shelter as it was raining sideways and I was getting soaked even though I was under the roof by the pumps. After waiting in the small convenience store for about 5 minutes a man from the repair shop (who implied it was his shop, not sure if that's true) came in from the repair shop and demanded that I leave, at first I asked if he was joking. He said no, then I asked if it was for covid, he said "we can call it that". Then I asked for him to clarify, and he just said "sticky fingers" implying that I was going to take the opportunity to steel from his shop while taking shelter. It was extremely insulting, Ive never been accused of that before. Im a 34 year old professional artist.
