I had considered a metal roof but never thought I would be able to afford it. His prices were extremely reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get the all-metal roof. I could not have asked for a better experience. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and it is professionally installed and beautiful! They were courteous, attentive to my concerns, and obviously skilled and experienced at installing roofing. They definitely went the extra mile to make me happy, even doing several side jobs for very affordable prices while they were here. The next week, they did a roof for a friend of mine, with the same results. They are reliable, hardworking, and experts at what they do. Anyone who needs a roof can not go wrong with this company!

I was a little skeptical at first with so many scams out there, but I decided to take a chance. Austin Mech called to set up a site visit, showed up right on time, and confirmed that I did have damage. He walked me through the process and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Shortly after, an inspector from my insurance company came out and confirmed the damage as well, and from there everything moved quickly. Before I knew it, Austin's crew showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and got to work. By the end of the first day, they had stripped the roof and repaired a couple of problem areas I had from Helene. The next morning, they were back on time again, and by the end of the day my new shingles were installed and I had a brand new roof. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness Austin, his dad, and the entire team showed throughout the process. It's hard to find a company that does exactly what they say they will--showing up on time, working hard, and cleaning up so well it's like they were never there. Thank you, Mech Roofing, for reaching out and for the hard work you put in. Not only did you give me a new roof, but you also made a new friend.
