I could not have asked for a better experience. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and it is professionally installed and beautiful! They were courteous, attentive to my concerns, and obviously skilled and experienced at installing roofing. They definitely went the extra mile to make me happy, even doing several side jobs for very affordable prices while they were here. I received a text message one day saying I might have hail damage to my roof and could get a free…read moreinspection and quote if repairs were needed. I was a little skeptical at first with so many scams out there, but I decided to take a chance. Austin Mech called to set up a site visit, showed up right on time, and confirmed that I did have damage. He walked me through the process and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Shortly after, an inspector from my insurance company came out and confirmed the damage as well, and from there everything moved quickly. Before I knew it, Austin's crew showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and got to work. By the end of the first day, they had stripped the roof and repaired a couple of problem areas I had from Helene. The next morning, they were back on time again, and by the end of the day my new shingles were installed and I had a brand new roof. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness Austin, his dad, and the entire team showed throughout the process.
