Richard and his team are A+++ in my opinion. The crew was onsite at 8 am and worked until 6 pm. This company is the example of what a professional job should be.

We called him (after recommendation from our friend/realtor) with a very tight timeframe and he was able to come out the very next day and started work a few days later. His pricing was competitive and he is licensed and bonded, which was important to us as we had vaulted ceilings. He also uses quality paint, not builder grade, which was included in the price. We had removed popcorn ceiling and had them paint directly on the sheetrock. Unfortunately, even after a few coats, the way the light hit in one of the rooms, you could ever so slightly the lines on the ceiling where the joint compound was. After one text to Richard, he came back the very next day and added additional coats until it was no longer visible, without hesitation or question. Great customer service and very responsive!

Craftwork was great to work with. We closed on a relatively new house and wanted the entire…read moreinterior painted since it was builder-grade flat paint that would easily show marks. We got quotes from a few others about 5 days before closing and wanted them to start right after since house would be empty. After initially putting in the quote request, I got a call from them and we went over the entire process for our project. They looked the house up through real estate photos and were able to give a quote for each room. Their overall quote came in below the others, and they were able to rearrange their schedule to start the day after we closed. The process for picking the areas to paint, and color/finish was easy. While most of the process was done through their online portal, I spoke and texted with them multiple times throughout the project - asking lots of questions. Their customer service was excellent. The painters took their time with our house and the results showed. We had all the walls and trim done and for a 4k sq ft house took them about little over a week, which we were totally fine with. They kept us up to date on the project every day. We visited throughout and saw how good they were at keeping the floors, cabinets, and other items covered for paint splatter. We had a final, in-person walkthrough scheduled, but we had something come up on our end, so we went around the house and took pictures of areas that needed touch ups. As expected with such a large project, there were a few areas that needed to be touched up, and they were most accommodating, sending someone out the next day to take care of all of the areas we pointed out. We are very happy with our experience with craftwork and highly recommend them.

I approached these men asking for a quote and they were out within the week. Working with these guys was extremely easy and they were super flexible with my busy schedule. KC and Tapree were both very professional and friendly, providing great insight. They provided me with a personal phone number and were quick to respond. These men were super punctual and never showed up late to the job. If anything, they preferred to start earlier. I was always informed about the process and knew what was going in advance. As far as pricing goes, it is extremely reasonable and you get your bang for your buck! I am extremely satisfied with the way my garage turned out and would use these men 100 times over again!

When KC and his assistant Tapree came to estimate my total cost, they educated me on exactly what they would do, how much materials would cost, and how long the project would take. Even though my house is less than three years old, the garage was in sorry shape. KC and Tapree showed up Tuesday after Memorial Day on time; they quickly accessed the now-empty garage and immediately started the project. They fixed all the drywall seams that were considered substandard, sanded the walls and ceiling as necessary, and completely primed the garage in one day. The next day the garage walls and ceilings were expertly painted. They then proceeded to clean my garage floor and paint that too. They waited until all was dry and sealed the garage floor the following day. My wife and I cannot be happier with the finished project. A job well done; it looks like a work of art. I highly recommend Allburn Painting. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the price was right too!
