For the reviews that discuss quotes and didn't select them, the cheap comes out expensive. I would expect most painters to have similar quotes and recommend getting 2 or 3 but paying a bit more for a great job done quickly, that's a no brainer to me. fyi; NEVER accept the cheapest quote and there's a subtle art to a contract negotiation. Don't play games and say what your budget is up front. It makes things go smoothly from the start and the business owner will appreciate your forthrightness. The company will say yes, no or counter. After the technician left. I called and called and called and asked for someone to come back quickly to do the job. They offered a return visit 1-3 weeks out. That was too late- by that time the new Gutters would be attached to the house and would impossible to fix unless you remove the new gutter. I was charged with hanging a light fixture they never hung and repairing wood rot that they never repaired. I asked for a refund and I think they were refunded about $30 because they said there was a minimum trip charge of $500! no one mentioned that before, but they enforced it even though it was never disclosed, and even though they never did a repair correctly This is a horrible company run as fast as you can away I attest that these facts are true and accurate with no embellishment.
