I bought a new suit at Men's Wearhouse in Jackson, TN to officiate at my grandson's wedding in Austin, Texas. When I returned, I asked some minister friends who is the best dry cleaners in town? One said, "I like West Side Cleaners!" So I took my suit to them and picked it up in time to wear to my cousin's funeral. I hung my new coat in my car until I got to Memphis. When I got to the funeral home, I put my coat on and my wife said, "Oh my! You have a huge 3 inch rip at the bottom of your coat in the center and it really shows. The lady at the funeral home was very accommodating and tried to put it back together with cloth tape. So, the next day, I took it back to West Side Dry Cleaners thinking they might be able to repair it. Was I surprised when the owner, Chris, said material is missing and it was unrepairable. So went to Men's Wearhouse and asked to purchase another $499 coat to replace the damaged one. Men's Wearhouse was so impressed with the owner of West Side Dry Cleaners, Chris Maxwell, for doing the right thing and not passing the buck, they gave him a business discount. Chris dry cleaned the pants at no charge ! Chris tells me he has owned Westside Cleaners for 30 years and they try to take care of their customers. It's rare to find such honorable people who are willing to go to such lengths to take care of their customers! I have now found are two businesses: Men's Wearhouse and Westside Dry Cleaners ! Thank you, Chris Maxwell, for putting the customer first !!!

We have had men's shoes (dress shoes, casual shoes, and sandals), ladies' shoes, purses, and other leather goods repaired (and even rebuilt!) here, always with total satisfaction. Although getting here is a long drive for us and the hours of operation are a bit inconvenient - it is well worth it!! Each time, I then had to take them to 'the Hospital' to get improperly done repairs corrected!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
