I bought a new suit at Men's Wearhouse in Jackson, TN to officiate at my grandson's wedding in Austin, Texas. When I returned, I asked some minister friends who is the best dry cleaners in town? One said, "I like West Side Cleaners!" So I took my suit to them and picked it up in time to wear to my cousin's funeral. I hung my new coat in my car until I got to Memphis. When I got to the funeral home, I put my coat on and my wife said, "Oh my! You have a huge 3 inch rip at the bottom of your coat in the center and it really shows. The lady at the funeral home was very accommodating and tried to put it back together with cloth tape. So, the next day, I took it back to West Side Dry Cleaners thinking they might be able to repair it. Was I surprised when the owner, Chris, said material is missing and it was unrepairable. So went to Men's Wearhouse and asked to purchase another $499 coat to replace the damaged one. Men's Wearhouse was so impressed with the owner of West Side Dry Cleaners, Chris Maxwell, for doing the right thing and not passing the buck, they gave him a business discount. Chris dry cleaned the pants at no charge ! Chris tells me he has owned Westside Cleaners for 30 years and they try to take care of their customers. It's rare to find such honorable people who are willing to go to such lengths to take care of their customers! I have now found are two businesses: Men's Wearhouse and Westside Dry Cleaners ! Found tiny holes in the comforter where the cushion is coming out and dons all over the Comforter. If I had took it back I would be in trouble because I was gon cut up. That girl at the front desk has a smart mouth... not professional at all. I wouldn't take a cleaning rag up there in the future. DO NOT take expensive things there or big King size comforters... they have no clue what they are doing. I should have followed my first mind and took it to the other one.... Never again

This laundry has huge washers and dryers, and for about $10 I can wash and dry my bedding in about 45 minutes. It's clean, stocked, staffed (usually), security camera monitored and the machines are always in good working order. I hate going to the laundry but this makes it nice.
