What my advice is though is that the job seeking places can be a nightmare and I've found one that treats you well, is understanding and will go out of their way to help you no matter what your situation. This is probably what you would hope to happen but it doesn't with many of the other service providers. I know now that I've put the word out, my friends have been able to change to Wise and have been much better off. When I was with them they were very understanding of my personal problems (death in the family) and were very helpful and understanding of my position. It can be a nightmare dealing with Centrelink and government places but Wise really took a lot of stress off my shoulders where the young girl, Valerie, was nothing but helpful, compassionate and understanding. I know I've reiterated the same points over again but it's very important to a lot of people that you get a good job seeker provider and I would highly recommend going to Wise Employment. Much nicer, more relaxed and actually provide a good service.

This is my personal experience, as I know everyone has his or her own horror stories about this place. I found them all really easy o talk to and with their help and as little as hassles as possible it was a fairly painless experience. In conjunction with the WISE employment down the road, they seem to be the nicest team of employment helpers you can get. With dealing in places like Mornington, Frankston and Moorabbin, I'm really glad I moved up to the Prahran offices, as it was a breeze from then on.

I then met with one of their representatives for approximately two minutes, in which time she told me that I shouldn't have trouble getting work myself, and if they have to see me again for a follow up visit in around three months time, they would be forced to find me a minimum wage dead end job to fulfil their requirements. The whole experience, whilst quick and painless, was hardly encouraging, so I'm glad that it was a free service. I wouldn't, however, encourage anyone to pay out of their own pocket for their service (at least for the service that I received).

I completed all three jumps very nervous each time. However having complete trust in the guys definitely helped. I then bought my husband a voucher for xmas to go rap jumping at the You Yangs. Lee contacted us prior to our booked date and suggested Straughton Vale as we'd done it before we may enjoy Straughton Vale more as its a little more challenging. Loved it. Never in a million years did I think I would be saying I want to learn how to rock climb, abseil or rap jump again. But I can't wait to do it again with the two Lees. Rap Jumping is the company that offers the activity of abseiling face first down a building. I was…read morerecently given 2 gift vouchers to do this and I had an exhilarating time that I will never forget. The building they usual abseil is the 'Urban Central Accommodation' that can often be seen from the freeway. When we arrive we were addressed about safety and a brief history of the activity and the company. The group then goes upstairs to the roof to get ready for the jump. We were fitted with helmets, harnesses and gloves (pick the thickest glove possible). When it was my turn to go, I stepped up onto the edge of this 8-story building- and the instructor pretty much pushed me (nicely) over the edge. My first time going down was quite hard as it is against gravity to be 90degrees and horizontal. My butt kept scraping the wall because I couldn't get my body to go face first. When I was finally doing it right it was lots of fun, you use your feet to bounce off the wall and your grip of the rope alters how fast you go down. There is a second instructor at the bottom (ground level), who is there to assist and help you get down. Overall we each got to jump around 3-4times, the scariest bit was always going over the ledge- it's just like jumping off a building. Get the thickest gloves possible as my partner (and some of the other guests) got pretty bad rope burn.

Hi, I used this recruitment agency to find some graduate work. After applying, I got a call back…read morefor a job that was completely out of my field of expertise requiring a start the next day. After taking the casual job, inconsistencies between what Boston Kennedy and what my employer was telling me starting occurring. Boston Kennedy lied to me on several occasions as they have done to others that I worked with in my team. While working for them, I found more suitable work and recommended my partner to take over. When it was time to get paid... their accounts department used my partner's tax file number as their banking account number (or so they say) and so did not process their payment. Two weeks later they were still waiting to be paid, which should have been corrected immediately, which is also strictly speaking a breach of contract. As rent payers, we fell into arrears as we were relying on both wages to pay for rent. I called Boston Kennedy to follow this up, and proceeded to lie to me again ... after I asked to confirm their banking details. This organisation is anything but organised and I would highly recommend that any prospective recruitees and employers to stay clear from this firm. They damage the reputation of their clients and antagonise contractors.
