I installed it that day and it worked ok at the campground. However, the image started freezing and eventually it only gave a black screen on our second trip. So I attempted to return it on July 23 2024 (less than 30 days later) to Advanced Auto in Queensbury NY. The manager there refused to take the return because I did not have the original packaging. He said he could not re-sell it. When I asked him why he would want to resell defective merchandise he just repeated that he needed the original packaging for resale. So I am out the full amount for the camera. I verified Advanced Autos return policy is not only to have original packaging but also to have the package unopened. This makes zero sense to me. I will not be purchasing anything from Advanced Auto in the future.

Offered to place the order this time (as they did the day before), but I decided I would actually need my windshield wipers to function to drive in the rain so I needed to go somewhere more reliable.
