Great staff - bought higher end brakes (calipers, pads and rotors) big purchase at the time, was told they had lifetime warranty. about 2 years later had to replace them(rough roads, lots of dust, etc.) , I couldn't find the bill and the replacement process was as easy as it could possibly get, they located the bill through the phone number and I got all new parts, as simple as that. the staff have even brought parts from their own house for me at no charge, wasn't a super expensive item but the point is they go out of their way for their customers and they have never steered me wrong and i buy all my parts there, even if more expensive, you cant put a price on decent knowledgeable staff and quality service. read more
