We took our truck to Dickinson Tire &…read moreAuto and they got us in right away, they had a nice waiting room and toys for our small children and fresh coffee for my wife and I. They took care of the tire and didn't even charge us because it was a "simple fix". I offered to pay and they just wouldn't accept it, it's nice to see business like this operating so honestly. Great job, and thank you!

Based on the reviews of great service, we went here to buy a set of 4 Tyres…read more First off, there was zero discount, even though there was an advert for a "fall sale" on their website. Then they told us, there would be a free alignment check and brake check on the car if you bought the 4 Tyres which we did, and they told us "oh, you have to ask for it". I though a very clear, "ye, please", "that would be great" was asking for the service, but apparently not! And the people doing the work had apparently left for the day, so come back tomorrow! The young person working the desk is very inapt at his job! He is careless, somewhat lazy and lax in his duties! Maybe he is related to the owner otherwise if I had a person like him managing my front desk, I would fire him, because I would lose so many customers through his sheer ineptitude!

They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the DMV said they could get us another one. Called the DMV and they basically said the dealership is lying to us and that the dealership needed to provide a means to be able to drive the vehicle legally. Aaron, the finance manager, told us to just drive the car illegally and not worry about it, that "you'll be fine". On top of these issues, they also tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability AFTER all of the paperwork was signed because they sold me a car with an unresolved recall that they did not disclose. They tried to pressure me into signing the document. This place is SHADY. I would never buy a car here again.
