Horrible Experiences, They screwed up so many times and it was all there fault. They had just…read morereplaced the brakes and gone through the truck front end to replace anything it needed, & charged us 4K. So the hubbies truck brakes locked up 3 blocks after leaving NWT. he was upset and went right back and NWT did apologize and said what happened. They sheared off the bolts on the calipers on 1 brake and quickly installed new calipers) WOW Then once we drove the truck on the highway the steering was randomly catching to the left, and would stick, like it was floating and we couldn't do anything until it caught. OMG it has never done that before, Wow the truck wants to drive off the road at random times to the left. What is going on ? This has never happened before and it's down right dangerous so NWT looked at it and said it was fine. What? Seriously worried the front end was going to fall off & not knowing what the heck was going on cause this is not normal and the truck had never done this before. We took it to a different shop & had it looked at and gone through and it turns out one of the parts NWT had just installed was bad & since the part was only a few weeks old we were told to make NWT honor the warranty and replace the steering gear box they had just put in. (Simple, right) Um No. Finally after several more trips to NWT they took it in to replace the bad steering gear box, Simple Right ? Oh No.. they called and said it was the heat shield/power steering pump that must be going bad and causing this issue and absolutely not the steering gear box they had put in so $500.00 later they said it's fixed now. Uh Nope. Nothing changed Zero improvement it was like they did nothing but charge us $500.00 We called and went back and said Hey we still have the same problem and NWT refused to fix it and said it was fine. So we had it looked at again by a different mechanic and were told to make NWT honor the work/part and they flat refused. They would rather customer vehicles steering fail/ wreck and get someone killed over honoring a warranty. NWT employees lack of ability and incompetence is alarming. They would rather convince people this is safe and normal just to get out of doing any warranty work. Scary. It had to do with labor since the part was under warranty and if they can't charge labor cause it's a warranty issue then they will refuse and come up with whatever they can so your paying for parts you don't need and still have a issue with the bad part. This was a serious safety problem so we had a different mechanic shop replace the bad steering gear box before someone got killed and Amazing!! The problem was fixed!! The part NWT charged us for and installed was bad period. Always keep receipts/ with part # We bought 5 new tires for our trailer and left it and they forgot to put the 5th new tire on. I had to go back in and ask why the spare rim was still on and not put away and found the regular rim with the blown out tire still had the blown tire on it. I pulled out the receipt and they figured out they forgot to put the new tire on the rim with a blown tire and mount it back on the trailer and put a new tire on the spare then put it back into its spot.. OMG We've learned from other people that they learned lessons with NWT as well and it's not the place to ever go. Our bad experiences are normal for NWT it's just how they operate. Luckily we found a great tire shop and mechanic/repair shop so we will never have to deal with NWT again.

Crooks. Tow Truck…read morecompanies are supposed to provide a public service, not harass the public. Their Tow Truck driver snaked my vehicle in the middle of the night while I ran into my apartment for a quick sandwich on lunch break during night shift. Could not of been more than 20-30 minutes and all the lots were full so I parked it quickly. So they made a quick $200 on me for thinking there would not be any low life snakes looking to rip me off at midnight as soon as I turned my back. They provide a lot of other services as well as towing but if they're willing to snake you in their towing business I would imagine they'd do the same in their other businesses. So take your car there for repairs and see if they don't try to make a quick buck on that. They're unprofessional and opportunistic crooks. Stay clear.
