Saxx sent our paperwork to our physical address instead of asking for a mailing address. You would…read morethink a dealership in a rural part of the state would know that USPS doesn't deliver to all physical locations. It ended up taking them more than 30 days to get us the title. They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the DMV said they could get us another one. Called the DMV and they basically said the dealership is lying to us and that the dealership needed to provide a means to be able to drive the vehicle legally. Aaron, the finance manager, told us to just drive the car illegally and not worry about it, that "you'll be fine". On top of these issues, they also tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability AFTER all of the paperwork was signed because they sold me a car with an unresolved recall that they did not disclose. They tried to pressure me into signing the document. This place is SHADY. I would never buy a car here again.

We called and they fit us in for the very first appt in the morning. We were so grateful since we were supposed to head out to Sioux Falls! We arrived on time and they got us right in and worked to diagnose the problem. At first we thought it was the bearings, those checked out and looked good so they gave us the update and it must be the axel but they're still looking into it. To everyone's surprise, it was the fact that the tires had not been balanced when they were installed! THEY WERE NOT INSTALLED HERE. We're so grateful they found the issue and documented it for us. Since we travel all over the US we needed to purchase the tires elsewhere so we would have access to tire shops wherever we go. The employees here were wonderful! They walked us through each update and throughly explained and demonstrated what happened and how they knew what was wrong and what it SHOULD look like. We had the most amazing experience here!
