Saxx sent our paperwork to our physical address instead of asking for a mailing address. You would think a dealership in a rural part of the state would know that USPS doesn't deliver to all physical locations.
It ended up taking them more than 30 days to get us the title. They would not get us an extension on the "drive out registration", even though the DMV said they could get us another one. Called the DMV and they basically said the dealership is lying to us and that the dealership needed to provide a means to be able to drive the vehicle legally. Aaron, the finance manager, told us to just drive the car illegally and not worry about it, that "you'll be fine".
On top of these issues, they also tried to get me to sign a waiver of liability AFTER all of the paperwork was signed because they sold me a car with an unresolved recall that they did not disclose. They tried to pressure me into signing the document.
This place is SHADY. I would never buy a car here again. read more
