The young person working the desk is very inapt at his job! He is careless, somewhat lazy and lax in his duties! NOT GOOD! We slept on it and in the morning checked the oil. I found the oil cap was missing and the car had very little oil left! We were on a long road trip and had gotten our oil changed 2,000 miles ago back in Idaho so the oil must have splashed out as we drove. This Midas was across the street from our hotel so we asked if the could take a look. They got us a new cap and refilled our oil quickly at a very reasonable price. I was very happy and impressed that they were able to quickly help us out.
