I was in a situation where I needed the photo within hours. Two days prior to Saturday (7/9/16) I had ordered an overnight print shipping from an online printing company. I had placed the order on Thursday morning expecting it to arrive latest Saturday. Regardless of whose fault it was, it may have been mine, perhaps theirs, I found that it was to arrive on Monday and I was feeling very nervous and stressed because my event was on Saturday, not Monday. When I contacted Robert he told me that he was able to make this print happen. I was so grateful and relieved to hear this. When I arrived at his studio I found that Robert was so personable, kind and of course also professional, which I really appreciate as a photographer. The photo was printed quickly and I was safely able to bring the print to the event, where the rest of the shoot went smoothly. I can't thank Robert enough.
