When looking to get the latest phone on the best deal, one might go to Carphone Warehouse as they compare the prices of most of Britain's major mobile phone networks from O2 to Vodafone. Other networks, of course, include EE and Carphone Warehouse's own network, ID. Most of the contract prices were competitive, but I don't really like using Carphone Warehouse as I often find there to be better deals perhaps if you go directly to the network, then you perhaps benefit more from the network's exclusive tariffs, however by putting things together in one store does make it easier. This store is huge for a branch of Carphone Warehouse on the lower floor of Westfield London in White City, the store its-self is modern, and stands out and is probably one of the nicer branches of Carphone Warehouse I have visited, it also has numerous phones on display including a large Apple selection, if you're looking at picking up the latest iPhone this store is so much quieter than Apple's store elsewhere in the mall, meaning you don't have to fight as much to get your hands on the latest device. The staff didn't seem too eager, which surprised me as I'd presume they'd want to come over and help customers and help sign them up on the latest tariffs, because that's what they work for. I did find there to be a lack of information on tariffs at the devices, as they seem to prefer a more personal, salesman approach here, but I don't see why they can't do both with a rough estimate of quotes perhaps even loaded onto the device, as I have seen this before such as at Three on Oxford Street, which is just a short bus ride away from here. I find it interesting one of the few providers to do this, actually don't have a partnership with Carphone Warehouse so you can't shop with Three here. The store does stand out and is one of the nicer phone shops, and Carphone Warehouse stores I've visited, despite some flaws with the staff and presentation of prices, it is still a big, modern store which can be a fine example of all other Carphone Warehouse stores, many of which are crying out in need of help. 4* read more

Worst customer service! They didnt tell me that my phone is already in the store before the lockdown! I didnt even know!!!! Now i still dont have my phone, already a month since i purchased. Ive been communicating with the agent in the webchat, they couldnt give me information about my delivery! what kind of customer sevice do you have! People will not trust you anymore!! Don't listen to the other reviews, they really are the most amazing team! Have been in many times over the years, and every time they are dedicated with their time, and eager to help me out in choosing the right contract and getting me the best deal for the cheapest price for new Iphones. Were even able to get me a new phone in store with my insurance policy when mine broke, when normally it takes at least 24 hours for the phone to be delivered to your house. I know I can be a little blunt with my reviews, but this was honestly and truly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Went into buy some headphones, price tag said 17.99. Asked sales assistant to unlock the headphones from the display so I could buy them. Went to the counter and the sales assistant rang it up, computer said it was 22.99. I challenged this and was told WE DO NOT HONOUR OUR DISPLAYED PRICES, OR ANY OF OUT ADVERTISING. apart from being illegal, especially from a company that offers consumer finance, this was the most shocking attitude ever from a company. read more

Customer service in non existent. I was calling for TWO DAYS to see if my replacement handset had been delivered and nobody ever answered the phone. When I called the main Carphone Warehouse customer number they said "Oh yeah, we have problems getting through to the stores too and I still can't tell you whether it's been delivered or not"... I traipsed from Lewisham to Shepard's Bush only to find out that the handset wasn't there!! The manager was completely disinterested when I asked him why they couldn't answer their phone which would've saved me a two hour journey. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience! I wanted to buy a phone, and inside there were 3 sales assistants who weren't serving anyone, and none of them came to ask if I needed assistance. Once I decided which phone I wanted to purchase, I tried to ask one of the assistants to help me, but he looked away and continued to stand at the window doing nothing. I approached him and asked again he did not acknowledge me, he was behaving very rudely. He would not even look at me when I tried to ask about the specifications of the phone, he did not know any information about the phone and just stayed quiet, I asked about protective screens and cases but he told me to wait and stayed quiet doing nothing. I then asked if I could just purchase the phone since he was not going to help me, he then told me to wait 15 minutes. I was feeling uncomfortable at this point and decided to leave since he was staying silent and not talking or even looking at me whilst I was trying to ask questions. He then said he will speed up the process and only make me wait 5 minutes and walked to the till. I then asked again if I could buy the case and he told me to wait till he was finished. He then said that the tills are not working and that I would need to wait another 20 minutes, by which time I walked out and left. He was the most rudest person and had no respect for customers. read more
