They state 3 month guarantee but means nothing if they don't fix the initial problem. On last visit was told that no repair is ever 100% and I would be charged if I kept bringing the back! Looking…read morelocally I called Gizmotronics and they said that it would be £50 to be fixed on the day in around 3 hours. This was around £15 more than if i were to send it away but i thought i would support a local business and at least i wouldnt be without my phone for too long. Once I arrived i spoke to the manager who had an extremely rude manner. Even though i only wanted the power button replaced he was pressurising me into also replacing my screen which has a small crack. After many refusals for the screen repair he then told me that if they couldnt fix the fault It would cost me £20 for the pleasure of not having my phone for the rest of the day. This was the last straw and i told him i would take my business elsewhere. Rude Service, Pushy Salesman, Hidden Charges.
