This was around £15 more than if i were to send it away but i thought i would support a local business and at least i wouldnt be without my phone for too long. Once I arrived i spoke to the manager who had an extremely rude manner. Even though i only wanted the power button replaced he was pressurising me into also replacing my screen which has a small crack. After many refusals for the screen repair he then told me that if they couldnt fix the fault It would cost me £20 for the pleasure of not having my phone for the rest of the day. This was the last straw and i told him i would take my business elsewhere. Rude Service, Pushy Salesman, Hidden Charges.
