The lads that work in there although they look a bit young and wet behind the ears, they are actually very knowledgable. Just goes to show appearences can be deceiving. I had never had a contract before or been with o2, but I am glad I am. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and they were really helpful everytime I went back as I didn't know how to work my phone. I spent nearly an hour in the store being given a lesson on how to work the iphone and they really helpful. This surprised me as I thought they would not care as they had already sold the phone so they could of not bothered, glad they did though or I would still be looking for the off button(there isn't one).

Went down today, they cleaned the port and checked to see if it was charging again properly before taking further action. My friend also went in to purchase a very expensive prada phone, she asked a lot of questions regarding the phone which most of them could not be answered satisfactorily. Instead of apparently using any sales skills or banter they let us walk out the door without purchasing a thing, while we had every intent on purchasing a phone, we will not use the carphone warehouse again as I believe in that particular branch, the shop is not maintained and the staff seem unhelpful.
