This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

I flip houses on the side and although I am 3 hours north, (lake county indiana) I drive three hours to pick up the counter tops from Osborn's. As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

We had to get a pool table moved out of the way and they recommended Rack 66, who were also very professional. The carpet installation took 2 days and those installers worked very hard. She went the extra mile to compare the back splash tile with the cabinets. When the builder messed up on the handicapped shower and tiling for it, she was determined to help us make it right. Where the builder would not help us make it right, Bounds as the subcontractor stepped forward to correct the shower tiles. If you need flooring and tiling make sure you check them out. They back their work even when it is someone else's fault.

The store has knowledgeable staff, and prices seemed competitive. We took samples home to check for color compatibility and then returned to order materials and set up installation. A couple of weeks later, we had carpet in the entire first floor replaced as well as flooring in our kitchen. Dan McFadden and a crew of four workers came and had the job done in two days. After the job was done, Dan met me at the house to go over everything he and his crew did. He even did a few extra things that had not been figured into the estimate. They left numerous large areas where they let the carpet hit the walls and scratched off large areas of paint. The entire room had to be repainted. They never even told us they did it - we had to find it after they left. We decided to order from them again in June 2022 since they are local. BIG mistake. We ordered the carpet 6 weeks ago and paid for half of it. They were scheduled to install it on a Thursday. They called us the Wednesday before to tell us the carpet was in and they would be there at 7am to install. We spent all evening moving all the furniture out of the room to prepare for the install and took off work in order to be there and oversee their work. They called us 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and said they lost the carpet and it has to be ordered again. They never even apologized. We will NEVER use them again and would recommend you go elsewhere. They obviously have issues.
