What stood out most was the convenience--they brought the showroom to us, which made decision-making so much easier in the context of our own space and lighting. We never felt pressured, and the design consultant was incredibly helpful in narrowing down options based on our style, budget, and durability needs. Communication was clear throughout the process--and that was no small feat as we were mid remodel, new construction, etc. A very complicated project. Timelines were met, and the installers did a fantastic job--efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.
