Century Flooring came up first and even though there was only one review at the time, the pictures of the completed floors were as a thousand words! Unbelievably stunning. Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was unbelievably gorgeous - perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier. They treated our home as if it were theirs. We can't thank them enough. Managing home improvements can be overwhelming, but the team at Broadway Carpets made her feel supported and respected from start to finish. As a local business, they clearly take pride in looking after their community; they were flexible with her schedule and waited months to deliver the rug until it was truly convenient for her. Once they arrived, they didn't just drop it off--they made sure to set it perfectly in place for her. If you are looking for a company that combines professional expertise with genuine kindness and flexibility, this is the place. They truly went above and beyond for my mother. After getting 12 samples and some additional information, I was able to proceed. I paid half down and balance at the end. Phil's is not an absolute store but a flexible one. Next, Eddie worked miracles with scheduling and I got an early morning install. Roberto and Axel came at the promised time to the second! After a few minutes of viewing the area to be carpeted, Roberto went to work. Padding down carpeting down and it was over. Quality assurance was performed from start to finish. There were no loose fibers to be seen. In all, Phil's Carpet is one of the best flooring stores in our area. I would go to Phil's before trying Knoxville stores.
