The carpet we did first (2 years ago) still looks awesome and the LVP from a year ago looks brand new still and has help up to the wear and tear of our children. Go to Carpet One or Carpet Mart... they both have people actually inside the store and making an appointment was quick and easy. I feel like a place who has no customer service in the beginning will only get worse if there's an issue later down the line.

When I told him why I had to take carpet up due to a big HVAC condensate leak, he said he would think about it while he was working on the carpet. At the end of his visit, he told me exactly why I had a recurring leak, and how to fix it. He was exactly right. 4 years of HVAC experts and about a thousand dollars in equipment did not fix it, but Wayne did!
