The carpet we did first (2 years ago) still looks awesome and the LVP from a year ago looks brand new still and has help up to the wear and tear of our children. The young woman tells me that the flooring has been in for over a week but that the owner had not written down our number so they could not call us. If they had put a card in the mail, we would have gotten it in a couple of days, so it's clear they made no attempt to contact us. I tell the woman that I want my money back. She said that was possible because they hadn't cut the flooring. Then, Jerry calls back and says, no, they can't give us our money back and that we should have called me. It was OUR responsibility to CALL THEM! I wanted to do business with a local company, but I regret that now. Based on other complaints I have read, they do not deserve to be in business.
