Excellent job and we love the floor. They cleaned up after the job, took the old carpet and toilet with them. We would highly recommend. Excellent service, work, and professionalism. The upstairs had pine which was painted brown in most room's and light blue in another. Pine is gorgeous even though it's soft wood. I really want to make sure that the company we chose would respect the age and take care of it. I had 3 estimates and Korfhage was competitive. We needed the entire house refinished with adding new red oak in two room's. This included the staircase. Patrick came out a couple of days after I reached out. He provided the estimate in a timely fashion. Stan and his crew were amazing. He educated us on the floors we had and respected the age/ quality. He knew his stuff. Patrick told us it would take possibly 1.5 weeks and it did. They knew we were on a time crunch because we were about to move in, and they accommodated. I would hands down use them again. I had already removed the old carpeting and padding. I have a home sound system and the day of the measurement, I asked the gentleman if my plans to run wires are around the perimeter of the room would work for installation. I was told yes, no problem. I spent several hours running the wires and securing the to the subfloor. I took pictures of what I had done and took them to the Korfage location and showed them to the same gentleman that had done the measurements and he again assured me that was not a problem. Day of installation and the installers arrive and tell me those wires were absolutely not going to work. I watched as they pulled all the wires I had carefully laid and ran them down the center of the floor which I had tried to avoid as I feared they will be visible after the carpet padding gets packed down after foot traffic of the course of a few years. Very frustrating. For anyone who has read this far, your takeaway should be a few things. 1. Korfages has a great selections of carpet. 2. The sales process was easy as I took samples home which made the selection quite easy. 3. Their prices are a bit higher than the big box stores but buying carpet from a guy that was mixing paint the day before kinda offsets that issue. 4. Everyone that I dealt with at Korfhages were very nice. 5. My carpet looks fine, the installers were professional. 6. I'm not sure of why the disconnect between what I was told about the wiring by the measuring gentleman and the installers but that was frustrating. I hope I don't have a wire lump across my floor in a year or so. 7. Would I use Korfhages again? I think I would but I would likely ask some additional pointed questions.

I received a text confirming that Jaime would arrive at a specific date and time. Jaime did arrive on schedule with his measuring equipment, but he did not bring any samples. He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.

Not only did they finish on time but all the workers who came into my house were friendly and respectful. The walls are full of ideas, manufacturers, styles and colors. I felt creative and inspired right away. A gentleman working outside of the showroom recommended we sign in to reserve a space in line (if we wanted to speak with a design consultant). We didn't at first but after seeing so many options and narrowing down a few choices, we put our names down. The wait gave us plenty of time to continue walking the showroom and finding more things we liked. A design consultant took information down about our choices, to confirm tile sizes available and if we could get a quick turnaround on delivery. She also asked about our kitchen space (cabinets, flooring, etc.) after hearing we were interested in a color. As a general rule kitchen backsplashes are often neutral, which I appreciate, but my kitchen is vomiting neutral and I need a pop of color. It was worth every penny to remove the beige/brownish tile we inherited from the previous owners. We were able to check out a panel to take home and liked it immediately. (My husband moved it every couple of hours to a new spot in the kitchen!) Ordering is more permanent here -- no returns, so make sure you like what you get and don't over order the supply. Freight is also charged which is not what we experienced elsewhere. Grout options and silicone were also available for order, which we added to the order. Tile arrived as promised and we paid at pick-up. Excited to complete our backsplash! Mees Tile will certainly be at the top of our list for future tile and flooring purchases.

Ray & his group of professional artisans did a phenomenal job completing the task in a very timely manner. They were also very respectful to my home as the area by the kitchen had brand new carpet and they wore workmen footies over their shoes and also swept the floor and cleaned the countertops after the job was completed. The owner, Sean, also came over to oversee the first day of the project and answered some questions and concerns that I had at the start of the project. Because I was a repeat customer, they gave me a discount on the labor cost which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future projects!!!!

Whatever it's called that goes on the door to make it not slam is on the outside. Instead of the inside, which means when it rains, it's going to get wet. And it's going to rust, it definitely is supposed to be on the inside again. No one seems to think it's backwards, but my husband and I. It seems like a good company except for they must contract out their people because they're not as smart as they should be. And we started this at the beginning of July. It is now August, and we're still waiting for it to be completely done. So it's taking a very long time when it's completely finished.I will give it another rating
