It's exactly what I wanted and was impressed that the salesman (wish I had saved his name) proactively reserved the roll of carpet that he could see was in a warehouse in California. We had to get a pool table moved out of the way and they recommended Rack 66, who were also very professional. The carpet installation took 2 days and those installers worked very hard. They moved some very heavy furniture around without complaint. The whole experience was top notch and I highly recommend Carpet Mart.

Wayne also installed some transisions where carpet adjoined tile floors. He did excellent work and it could not have gone better. When I told him why I had to take carpet up due to a big HVAC condensate leak, he said he would think about it while he was working on the carpet. At the end of his visit, he told me exactly why I had a recurring leak, and how to fix it. He was exactly right. 4 years of HVAC experts and about a thousand dollars in equipment did not fix it, but Wayne did!

I submitted a quote request through Yelp and since then Josue (our Renov8 contact) has been great. He was responsive to all forms of communication - Yelp, phone, text, and email. His estimate was the best value but did not mean compromising on quality! His team started and finished our project on time. Our project included painting the walls, ceilings, and baseboards of our open concept common areas (foyer, great room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining room, and hallways). We chose the wall colors (Sherwin Williams Alpaca for all spaces but the dining room, which was Sherwin Williams Delft) and did the standard white option for the ceilings and baseboards. We were so impressed with their work and Josue's customer service that we're already planning to hire them to paint the rest of the house when we're out of town for a week this summer. There's no better recommendation than a customer who plans to hire you again! *Pictures to come of all areas painted. I'll update the review after the summer painting job too!
