If anyone thinks that this is going to be a 'short term' easy process do not delude yourself-arm yourself with patience and perseverance. Enter National Restoration. A friend recommended National Restoration. Joe Hernandez was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful and informative. Shortly, Anees, the project manager, arrived at our home. I really thought that this renovation was going to be a HGTV home renovation process. What one needs to remember is that that is television... this was real life. Things take much longer than they do in the snippets during a commercial break. Getting everyone here to work at the same time takes a great deal of orchestration. Anees was very helpful and carried us through the decision making process while being respectful of our financial boundaries. He would return each of my phone calls no matter how often I called, and I called often. Every single one of the workers that walked through our home, mind you most of the time we were not even home, was friendly,conscientious, and did great work. Each of my decisions had to be 'Joanna Gaines,' Fixer-Upper, inspired! This didn't make the process any easier. This was so important to our entire family- this is our home. Anees and his crew were amenable to our choices and changes. He was insightful and knowledgeable about every step of the renovation. In the end, our home is everything we had hoped it would be and more. There is nothing that can replace the look of our children as they came home for Thanksgiving and saw the new kitchen and it still felt like 'home.' Two years ago, I hired this company to restore my bathroom after a mold situation. My bathroom is…read moreabout 8 x 12 and it took four months to complete , Two years later,one of my shower doors, imploded, and every estimator concluded that the doors were improperly hung. So now after only two years, I have a $1500 replacement fee .... I also noticed the grouting on the tiles need to be replaced. The owner is very congenial, but his subcontractors are under par....disappointed that my bathroom did not survive two years after putting in $12,000 of my own money +13,000 insurance company......sad......

Totally incompetent company . Difficulty with rude…read moreelectrician having to have electrical issues handled by an outside source. Plumber who left a leaking pipe and did not even supply turn off valves for water. Countertop measured and installed incorrectly. Incomplete grouting of backsplash and inexperienced grouter. Electrical panel tripped by employee causing refrigerator to be out for days spoiling all food. Company never notified us of their mistake and employee then stole our beach towels to clean up the mess left behind. Other items were also stolen since we were living at our primary residence during the remodeling job. Kitchen cabinets that were installed were not the size that were initially there. The company never mentioned smaller cabinets. On their estimate and blue prints of the cabinets, length and width were noted, however, no depth measurements were given!!!! Why not?? Fraudulent company whose employees steal from the clients. Unfortunately criminal charges will have to be taken so company can not rip off other clients.

6 months ago, we had Mr. Gomez repair some leak-damaged drywall, and his crew repaired the drywall…read moreand reproduced the texturing to match the existing walls. They painted the finished drywall, and it looked like it had never been damaged. When it came time to paint our kitchen and bedrooms, we called him for the job. He did a large kitchen, a hallway and two bedrooms in one day, and the paint is perfect. We are very happy with the results, and pleased with the price.
