Carol I cannot tell you thank you enough. This is so much…read morebetter than I ever imagined. All I can do is stare at it. Your guys are wonderful. They know what their lead needs and when. They are right behind him, ready for his next move. He didn't have to tell them to do anything. They are on top of it all. Very Very professional. The seam... we had to look to even find it. I have seen others company's work, and it looks like a grout line The Window Sill... my mouth dropped when he put that in. I had no idea he was doing that. It was a nice surprise, and just perfect. I cannot tell you enough how beyond happy I am. I wish I needed more granite, just because you and your team are so incredibly amazing. You go completely above and beyond what is expected. Anyone that wastes their time going anywhere else, just gets what they get. I will highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you so much again

WOW!!!! I cannot thank you enough, Marcelo. Your entire family and staff have been so amazing to…read moreus. I came home and saw what you did, and I am in AWE!  Our counters are artwork that makes us smile every day and throughout the day.  Your business ethic is above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and God bless all of you! Our counters are beautiful and so much better than we imagined them to be. We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. Such wonderful people.  Initially, we thought we would have to have a seam due to the length of the bar area; however, Marcella found a better way to lay it all out so there would not be a seam there.  It was an enjoyable experience.  We told our contractor to recommend you first if he needed to find a fabricator for customers.  He was impressed with the results of the counter also, and I was glad he got to meet Marcelo. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Paul and Anne-Marie

Antonio and Luis came and installed my quartz countertops today. I am very happy with the results…read more They were very friendly and professional. I am so happy with everything today. I love that they agree that single sinks are the only way to go!!! Double sinks are so out of style. Thanks so much Granite Depot. Thanks to Maria, Pedro, Debbie and the entire family. I also want to mention that they have a beautiful granite yard. Make sure you go to the right and walk behind the building or you could miss it. They have granite near the road but also on the other side of the building. I nearly missed it until Maria pointed it out on my first visit.

Update: After posting this review, Depot Granite's management contacted me directly, acknowledged…read morethe fabrication error, and reimbursed me for the full cost I incurred to correct the issue. While I was disappointed with the initial workmanship and the delay in communication, I appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their work and resolved the matter fairly. I waited quite a while before posting this review because I genuinely expected this issue could be resolved directly with the company. During installation, a section of my granite backsplash was cut incorrectly, leaving a large and obvious gap beneath the upper cabinets. The photographs speak for themselves. In some areas of the installation, the stone follows the underside of the cabinets with a relatively consistent reveal. In the affected section, however, the gap becomes substantially larger and noticeably out of alignment with the surrounding installation. The issue was immediately noticeable. Rather than receiving a proposal to replace the improperly cut section or otherwise correct the defect, the gap was filled with caulk. Even after that, the problem remained visible and the finished workmanship was not what I expected from a professional granite installation. After the issue was brought to the company's attention, their installer met with my contractor to review the situation. At no point was I offered a proposal to replace the affected section, correct the defect, or provide any compensation for the additional costs that resulted from the problem. Rather than insisting that the entire backsplash be removed and replaced, my contractor took the initiative to develop an alternative solution that avoided a much larger and more expensive repair. I agreed to that approach because I was trying to be reasonable and minimize the cost and disruption that would otherwise have resulted from the company's mistake. While that solution improved the appearance, it still required additional work and expense on my end and left me with something less than what I originally contracted and paid for. The only reason this did not become a complete tear-out and replacement project was because my contractor was willing to spend additional time finding a workable solution after the company failed to offer one. I have sent multiple emails to Lali, the sales representative assigned to my project, left voicemails, and made phone calls seeking a response regarding the issue. Those emails were ignored. I also requested to speak with a manager and was told I would receive a return call. No call ever came. Additional attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful as well. Weeks have now passed without any meaningful communication regarding how the company intends to address the situation. As an ICU nurse and veteran, I do not take the time involved in repeated calls, emails, appointments, and follow up attempts lightly. I made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter privately before sharing my experience publicly. Mistakes happen. What concerns me is how this issue was handled afterward. An improperly cut piece was installed, a significant visible gap was left behind, no meaningful solution was offered by the company, and repeated attempts to discuss the matter and reach a fair resolution went unanswered. I have included photographs so others can evaluate the workmanship and decide for themselves. If the company chooses to communicate and work toward a fair resolution, I would be willing to update this review. Until then, I believe potential customers should have an accurate picture of my experience.
