I was told the coupon was not required because my insurance paid for the visit and no extra charge was to be applied to me. Unfortunately, I received a bill, WU0023 asking for $145.30 after an insurance payment of $308.20. The bill was sent to me several times, regardless of my explanation that I was told no extra charge from the beginning. I also argued that I did present my first-time customer's coupon for a total charge of $88 during my visit. Solon Smiles refused to listen to my repeated complaints and insisted on charging me $145.30.   I believe that I should either pay $88 as a first-time customer as the coupon indicated, plus a return of the $308.20 to my insurance account or they should only charge insurance $308.20 and waive my $145.30. You would think that would be a priority. I swear a year ago they said they had my records. Do procedures that are not necessary. X rays for non evasive procedures. The issue is that the office claims to have work done (a "cavier") to tooth #26, but there was no work done nor did I ever agree to it. I am being fraudulently billed. I have called the office and they refuse to speak with me. They have placed me on debt collection. I don't recommend coming to this dental office. You will be in for a surprise - they are charging for nothing.

When I called Toni the office manager informed me I owed for a cleaning and crown setting from 2020. I live in Florida since then and never got a bill. They sent me to collections. I referred dozens of clients there over the years. Toni on her matter of fact rude way told me I have to pay it. I will not pay it and they can write it off. This place is not the same anymore and I would steer clear. I would give the current office 0 stars if I could for treating a loyal client like a degenerate. Rather than just say I needed veneers (which would be considered cosmetic) Dr Rose recommended we do enamel fillings. I am so thrilled with the results and you would never know I had chips in my teeth even if you look real close. Veneers run the risk of getting bacteria under them and I didn't want to risk that just to cover a couple unsightly chips. This office, the staff and Dr Rose are all wonderful, professional, caring and friendly which is SO important important for dental service. I don't know anyone who says, "yippee I get to go to the dentist today" but Dr. Rose and his staff never make me feel pressured or rushed, I always know what to expect as far as service and cost (no surprises). They notify me of what my insurance will cover and are great at offering alternatives if I'm not comfortable with the first care plan given.
