Paying $3 extra for these eggs isn't going to break my bank, but it's definitely going to help the folks at Soffer Farms pay their taxes. Farm workers don't get weekends and they work 7 days a week. I feel farmers around here with the small farms, don't get the big tax breaks that the large farms get.
