I am retired and was forced to change Dental Insurance which I did and unfortunately found a Dentist last year who didn't satisfy my needs. Because of that bad experience, my niece helped me searched for a new Dentist and found Dr. Daligues. Reading her reviews, which has a lot of 4-5 stars and very few with 1 star, I took a chance of making an appointment to see her just recently in April 2018. My husband and I walked in their office and we were impressed with the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and very well organized. Amy, the front desk assistant, greeted us with politeness and respect.
Then, I met with her assistant, Lory, who is very friendly and respectful, fun to talk to and finally Dr. Daligues (who looks very young!!), I briefly explained to the both of them my problems about my teeth, showed them the previous x-rays taken from the other 'worst' dentist I had encountered but the x-rays were so blurred that they had to take another x-ray (free of charge) to clearly view everything. She explained that I have a lot of issues with my teeth (that I am aware of) and to start with I have to undergo 'deep cleaning" and because I have a new Dental Insurance (HMO) that has a vey limited coverage, a lot of work and expenses would be out of pocket. I was hesitant at first, but because of my age (turning 70 soon), I am getting cautious and conscious of my appearance as well as my health. I didn't have a second thought (after discussing it with my niece, who is an Ortho Dentist) and made an appt. to start the deep cleaning which was my first trial. During my first procedure, I have observed the constant caring of her assistant, Lory, asking me questions if I'm okay, explaining what and how the procedure will be done. And in the beginning, I have made them well aware that my teeth is so sensitive, that they will have to give me a lot of anesthesia to numb me. And this is the reason why, I am so sensitive, picky, critical and careful in looking for a NEW DENTIST whom I can trust and be comfortable with. Dr. Daligues made me feel comfortable doing the deep cleaning procedure. And because of my first trial experience, I felt I can trust her, I made a second appointment procedure, I had my lower front teeth that needed abrasion bonding and she was very thorough in explaining everything that needs to be done not to mention the treatment of whitening my lower front teeth. Make the story short, I had a lot of work done.....I had to replace my upper front partial teeth with a 9-unit bridge that is not covered by my insurance, and without hesitation...I did it which cost me $12,700 under 'care credit' which Amy suggested no interest charge for a year. The procedure, treatment and analysis were all very thorough and I am not sorry a bit for whatever I have spent and will pay because overall, I am very happy and pleased, feel confident about myself, and satisfied with all the job done. Dr. Daligues is very precise and knowledgeable and that goes to Lory as well. They make you feel at home, at ease, comfortable in every way during the procedure. I can write more and more but bottom line is, I am thankful my niece helped me find Dr. Daligues and I shall continue returning to their office for future cleaning, etc. I saw some poor reviews, but all I can say is 'everybody' is entitled to their own personal opinion and based on my experience coming to this office, I have enjoyed every bit of it, because I saw them working as a team with respect and honesty and this is what I look for on a Dental Office and with all that being said, I give you 4 star for now!!!. read more
