We finally called the name on the pump, and Darrin came out next day. This guy and his father were AMAZING. I had a million repetitive questions and he perfectly answered every single one 14 times. He gave us recommendations, talked with us about different options, and with his prior knowledge of the house was more helpful than I think anyone could have been. Additionally, we can finally flush a toilet and have a shower going at the same time, so that's awesome. 100% will recommend this team to anyone I can!

Scott Lassiter came out and assessed my situation and said my pump was over heating and shutting down. My well system is over 16 years old and never had any maintenance on it, so I figured it was time. While Scott was here I asked him to assess my entire system, tank, filter, etc. Given the age of the system, he recommended some upgrades and replacements. He came out the next day and completely upgraded my system. He did an excellent job and now I'm back in business with great water pressure, new filtration system, new tank, etc. Scott was very professional and very knowledgeable about well systems. I highly recommend him for servicing your system.

We were hesitant to call another vendor but needed the well. We contacted Love Well & Pump Supply and were delighted by the overall experience! (So unusual these days.) Ansley took our call and could not have been friendlier or more responsive. The 2 guys that performed the service arrived on time (next day after call) and were knowledgeable & customer focused. They identified the problem, did the hard work (physically hard), and explained everything to my husband. The whole company did everything possible not to cost us more than was absolutely necessary! (I don't think I could say that about the prior vendor.) We highly recommend and appreciate the folks at LOVE Well & Pump Supply. Thank you!!

I contacted a company who said the pressure tank was bad. Knowing it was under warranty, I called Love Well to assess the situation. I was told the tank was fine, the settings needed adjusted. About two days later, one of our PVC down pipes burst and caused our pump to burn out. After trying to get in contact with Love Well, I did not receive a response and decided my family of four needed water. That's when I hired a different company to assess the situation. As they pulled the down pipes out, they noticed there were no check valves on a 605ft well. They believed, this was a huge part of why the pipe burst and pump died. I contacted my builder who informed me that Love Well spoke to the company who fixed my issue and everything was installed correctly, check valves were in place, and the well just died. This was a blatant lie that Love Well told my builder, Pinnacle homes, and therefore I have been stuck with an outrageous bill for the negligent install. I would not recommend Love Well to install a well that supports your family's only water supply.

The techs came out and checked the pressure tank (shook it and said it was bad), checked pressure switch, wiring at pressure switch & well head and then was told all components were bad and needed to be replaced at the tune of $5000. Not at anytime did anyone check the wiring to the pump and the pump itself to see if there was an issue there. Finally got a hold of the well company that installed the system and they came out and diagnosed the problem to a nicked wire going from the well head to the pump. They were able to fix the nick at the tune of $250. Beware of this company, as they may try and sell you a whole new system without diagnosing anything. Save your time and call a reputable company in your area.

If you need a well company you can trust, we highly recommend Yadkin Well Company…read more After moving into our home, we discovered the well had serious water supply issues. Through the evaluation by Yadkin Well Company, we later learned that the previous pump had apparently burned up due to lack of water flow. It also appeared that a second pump had been installed above the failed pump, along with a pump saver, none of which we were aware of when we purchased the home. The team at Yadkin Well took the time to carefully evaluate the situation and clearly explain what they were seeing. Their knowledge and transparency gave us confidence that we were finally getting a clear understanding of the well system. Just when we were ready to give up, Matthew refused to quit. He offered to continue drilling at his own expense to see if additional water could be located. Because of his persistence, they ultimately located a strong water source producing about 25 gallons per minute. Matthew determination and integrity completely changed the outcome for our home. It's rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile the way he did. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Yadkin Well Company. Many Thanks.
