They under-promise, but then over-deliver, which is something that few businesses seem capable of doing these days. I was thoroughly impressed with their wealth of knowledge - their expertise in photography, photo editing software and design exceeded my highest expectations. Furthermore, although the jobs I hired them for were modest in size, the outcome was extremely important to me. They recognized this immediately and held my hand through edits, changes, and so on, until the final product was as perfect as could be. Call 20/20 regardless of whether you need still photos, video, editing, image enhancement, or whatever it might be. Call them even if you don't think they can do the job - they can really surprise you with all of their many capabilities, too numerous to list. They are also generous with free advice over the phone, and once hired, they are highly ethical in that they really do aim to accomplish your goal cost effectively. They are not meter spinners like so many design shops that see you as a $ sign, and not as an person. David is so willing to work around our weird schedule (he literally agreed to come at 6:45 AM one day so our crews wouldn't have to miss any on-site work!) He also is so flexible with our somewhat odd requests - adding on headshots of dogs? He didn't bat an eye, despite it being somewhat weird! :) We love David and have been so pleased with our professional headshots, our options, the response time, and the pleasant working relationship! _______ Corporate group photos and fleet photos turned out great! - We have grown so much over the past two years, but had neglected to update our photos to show that we were no longer 4 trucks and 15 people. We researched tons of recommendations and reviews and have been so incredibly happy with RTP Photo. Here is a summary of our experience to help you decide in case any of these situations apply to you. David was extremely flexible with our rain delay rescheduling - I think we actually ended up rescheduling 4 times due to torrential downpours on the day of our outdoor shoots! David was communicative and pleasant about all of it. He came prepared and saved our shots with a special light he hadn't planned on using but pivoted to help us when the clouds were a little difficult. We appreciated not having to reschedule/ setup again or have blown out photos. He was so organized and prepared - he came and checked out our site on a different day so he'd be aware of light and setup and placement. We are no pros at photography or posing, so he really helped us out. Speaking of that, David advised on poses, location, and headshots. We got great high-quality consistent headshots of all the employees, and he offered us a discount for when we hire more folks and want to add consistent headshots! He helped us figure out the best way to get 8 trucks and 20+ people in a shot without looking like a mess or spreading too wide. He patiently waited and directed in our parking lot while we moved and rearranged trucks for 20 minutes. No hint of irritation in him at all! He offered plenty of options so we could get the things we needed while not paying for services we could handle. For example, we needed help with lighting and color correction, but we had an employee who could handle photoshop needs or blemish correction, so we were able to get the exact right service level to get the best value for our money. Fast turnaround was surprising - he came out on a Tuesday and took tons of photos. They were ready, impressive, color-corrected, and waiting in our dropbox by FRIDAY. We were seriously impressed. David stayed longer than expected and was a great value to us to showcase our business and employees - He did extra headshots because we had hired more folks in between the first scheduled date before all the rain and the actual photo date. Overall, David is just a friendly and likable guy, which always helps in any situation. We genuinely had fun doing our photo shoot and we got affordable high-quality photos. From the very beginning of planning our wedding, I knew I wanted a videographer to capture our…read morewedding day. Thankfully, my parents supported that decision, and Morgan Scott Films was recommended by our wedding planner, Amanda Blair by Design. From our first conversation with Elijah, I felt like he heard me and saw my vision for our wedding film. He even sent me a couple examples of past weddings that perfectly depicted the intimate vibe I wanted for our film. Then, COVID-19 rocked the world, and with two weeks left leading up to our (rescheduled) wedding day, it was apparent that we wouldn't have a reception, and thus, no reception on our film. With the help of our creative planner, Amanda Honeycutt, and venue, The Merrimon-Wynne, we were still able to incorporate traditional aspects into our ceremony, and Elijah and Gabriel were ready to capture it all even as plans changed. Elijah suggested that my now-husband and I film interviews giving our respective accounts of getting married and going through with our wedding during a pandemic. I am SO thankful that we took him up on that. It is already so special to watch it and remind ourselves that God's blessings are nonstop even during a weird time where struggle seems more prevalent than joy. I can imagine that years from now, us sharing that film with our children and grandchildren will be so special. The final product was perfection. Last March I was throwing a surprise birthday party for my mom (50th!) and was having a hard time…read morefinding a DJ, especially one I could afford. An old college friend recommended I try Griffin Wing because she knew one of the DJ's and thought I could probably get a good deal. It turned out FABULOUS! The party was Disco themed and the DJ brought hours and hours of classics. He had a set prepared but was also eager to take requests - no monstrous ego to deal with. He even helped us with the 'surprise' part by playing my mom's favorite Elton John song right on que. There were dance lights all over the place, including a disco light which was perfect for our theme, and the speakers were bigger than I am. Their website says they do photography and videos too, but we didn't ask for anything other than great music. It was 50.00 an hour including set up and breakdown and I think we tipped an extra hour just for such great service - and bought the guy a few drinks of course! I would totally recommend anyone in the Piedmont area give these guys a call if you're pricing music for a party.
