The photos we've seen thus far of our wedding have been phenomenal and beyond what I was expecting. I gave Danielle a few ideas of some shots I wanted and told her that I pretty much hated posed shots and wanted more candid photos. Boy, did she deliver! She caught little moments that I loved about my wedding. My husband hates having his picture taken and he was so surprised at these pictures. He said, "I didn't even see her for that." Danielle just worked the room without anyone even knowing and caught such amazing moments on photo. We had a deal since we only had 1 photographer rather than both Danielle and Shaun. But, in looking at the photos paying full price still would have been worth every penny. I truly can't say enough about the photos we have! Thanks so much Danielle!

We've hired David Williams 3 times in 5 months. He has been amazing - so patient, professional, and…read morevery easy to work with. And the results are great! My original review from our first experience is below. But since then, we've hired more people and we needed updated headshots. David is so willing to work around our weird schedule (he literally agreed to come at 6:45 AM one day so our crews wouldn't have to miss any on-site work!) He also is so flexible with our somewhat odd requests - adding on headshots of dogs? He didn't bat an eye, despite it being somewhat weird! :) We love David and have been so pleased with our professional headshots, our options, the response time, and the pleasant working relationship! _______ Corporate group photos and fleet photos turned out great! - We have grown so much over the past two years, but had neglected to update our photos to show that we were no longer 4 trucks and 15 people. We researched tons of recommendations and reviews and have been so incredibly happy with RTP Photo. Here is a summary of our experience to help you decide in case any of these situations apply to you. David was extremely flexible with our rain delay rescheduling - I think we actually ended up rescheduling 4 times due to torrential downpours on the day of our outdoor shoots! David was communicative and pleasant about all of it. He came prepared and saved our shots with a special light he hadn't planned on using but pivoted to help us when the clouds were a little difficult. We appreciated not having to reschedule/ setup again or have blown out photos. He was so organized and prepared - he came and checked out our site on a different day so he'd be aware of light and setup and placement. We are no pros at photography or posing, so he really helped us out. Speaking of that, David advised on poses, location, and headshots. We got great high-quality consistent headshots of all the employees, and he offered us a discount for when we hire more folks and want to add consistent headshots! He helped us figure out the best way to get 8 trucks and 20+ people in a shot without looking like a mess or spreading too wide. He patiently waited and directed in our parking lot while we moved and rearranged trucks for 20 minutes. No hint of irritation in him at all! He offered plenty of options so we could get the things we needed while not paying for services we could handle. For example, we needed help with lighting and color correction, but we had an employee who could handle photoshop needs or blemish correction, so we were able to get the exact right service level to get the best value for our money. Fast turnaround was surprising - he came out on a Tuesday and took tons of photos. They were ready, impressive, color-corrected, and waiting in our dropbox by FRIDAY. We were seriously impressed. David stayed longer than expected and was a great value to us to showcase our business and employees - He did extra headshots because we had hired more folks in between the first scheduled date before all the rain and the actual photo date. Overall, David is just a friendly and likable guy, which always helps in any situation. We genuinely had fun doing our photo shoot and we got affordable high-quality photos. Five stars all around from Southern Outdoor Restoration!

My wife and I met Janice 2 years prior to our wedding and she was a JOY to work with throughout the whole process. We went back and forth on whether we needed a videographer and I promise you, it was the best decision I made outside of marrying my wife, hehehe. The video quality is amazing and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. They truly captured our big day in a way I never expected. On top of that, they have offered additional services since the wedding that we have used and/or planning on using in the future. Our DVDs arrived QUICKLY, they posted our videos on social media for our friends to share and even recorded and share our WHOLE wedding ceremony for us. It was BEAUTIFUL. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend them over anyone, any day to every person who asks me. It was worth every penny! They under-promise, but then over-deliver, which is something that few businesses seem capable of doing these days. I was thoroughly impressed with their wealth of knowledge - their expertise in photography, photo editing software and design exceeded my highest expectations. Furthermore, although the jobs I hired them for were modest in size, the outcome was extremely important to me. They recognized this immediately and held my hand through edits, changes, and so on, until the final product was as perfect as could be. Call 20/20 regardless of whether you need still photos, video, editing, image enhancement, or whatever it might be. Call them even if you don't think they can do the job - they can really surprise you with all of their many capabilities, too numerous to list. They are also generous with free advice over the phone, and once hired, they are highly ethical in that they really do aim to accomplish your goal cost effectively. They are not meter spinners like so many design shops that see you as a $ sign, and not as an person. I got their full attention, and they were personallly engaged and bought into helping me achieve my goals. They are wondeful to deal with - pleasant, friendly and courteous. Once again, they are very reasonably priced, especially when you consider all of the deep expertise they bring to the table.
