None of these photographers had any impressive credentials, and most didn't even have their own studio. Neil was super prompt to answer my messages I wrote to him through the company Facebook page. I had tons of ridiculous questions he was happy to answer. I was truly the client from hell, and even arrived late to my appointment, and Neil was still super friendly, calm and accommodating. My little son is 9 months old and very weary of strangers and their homes, but Neil had him engaged and laughing. We have wonderful pictures. Even my husband admitted it was a great idea to have a portrait session and he loved the results. We had our session the night before thanksgiving, and the prints were ready the following Monday.
