After agreeing to come early afternoon, she called back and said she wanted to change it to night time. I said ok but I couldn't be there and my mom was physically frail, she said not a problem and would bring witnesses. She then did not honor her add of 20 percent off, and added tax and other charges. Her fee is not online with state regulations but my mother needed it done so I was willing to pay. She showed up that night had my mother sign the document, but told her she didn't sign her last name, my mom told her she did, but she made her sign her last name twice, I e. Jane Doe, Doe,. Since my mom questioned her, rightfully so, she said the one witness would not sign because my mom's frail physical condition. She then said she would come back Saturday, but 5 minutes later said she wouldn't. She was incompetent, disrespectful, not honest and unreliable.

I've dropped off UPS packages here multiple times. They are able to take them if you already have the label, but they can't print the labels because they aren't directly affiliated to UPS. For that, you would have to go directly to a UPS store. They are reasonably priced for their other services, and I've used their shredding services as well. Their store is always clean and tidy. I've never had a bad experience here & highly recommend them.

They have decades of hands on experience with NC state apostille and notarized procedures, and they handle them personally, so I felt my documents were in good hands. Sure, if you live in Raleigh, you can try standing in line hoping you did all the right things, came early enough, and you would still need to come back to pick up your documents. For a modest fee, you can save the aggravation. And, if you live further away, Joy and her office are a life saver. Try any of the other state-wide agencies agencies advertised online, and you are many hundreds out of your pocket for a much slower service. Joy can come pick up your documents, review them, notarize them, get them apostilled in 24 hours, for less than half of what you would pay elsewhere. I am grateful for her for being there and being gracious, efficient, and trustworthy. Chapeau!

We've used Ship On Site for personal shipping overseas, national work shipping that requires high efficiency and speed, and yes - Amazon returns. It's conveniently located right off Capital on Wake Union Church Rd, with access that enables easy off-and-on Capital Blvd via easy-access and egress through the strip center with Big Lots and an Ace Hardware to which it is adjacent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and it has a connected gift shop that has super cool unique cards and related items. Check it out, definitely worth your time.
