Courtney knows her stuff and guided me through the spray session while making me feel super comfortable. I loved that she helped me customize my tan where I wanted a little bit of darker contorting (along my Jaw and midline ) I gotta say though the best part of the entire session was the amazing fairy dust setting powder that they use to dust your body with it at the end. It helped protect my tan against our humid environment and left a gorgeous scent a and shimmer that made me feel like I was about to walk down the VS runway. I'd noticed two people standing in the entrance of Mr. & Mrs. Flawless. The man was Kobi & the lady was Sasha. We got to talking and before I knew it I was sitting inside talking with Sasha. The spa had a relaxing atmosphere and Sasha wanted to give me a demonstration of a crème that reduced wrinkles under my eyes. She applied the crème to the underside of my left eye. I noticed that the skin seemed tighter and the fine wrinkles that made me look like a sharpei seemed to be gone. We talked for awhile and I was given a demonstration of their massage chair. It's an interesting place. It's worth stopping in for a demonstration of their products or to learn about the various treatments that are out there.

Their site lists a hydrafacial which I've had before at a different spa but Serenity has a price listed for $115 and the cheapest I've ever found was $180. I was needlessly elated to find such a price but the reason is because you are not getting a real hydrafacial. First off, this is patented technology and Serenity has a knock off machine Aqua Touch or something to that extent. This is a clear violation to state you offer a trademarked and patented technology but yet their spa is not authorized for such or even owns one. By the time I was situated and she's about to start the so called Hydrafacial, I was extremely disappointed when I glanced over my shoulder to see some knock off machine that was not clearly the authentic Hydrafacial machine that is patented. I didn't want to make a fuss about it or dispute it so I continued with my facial and paid for such but this experience deserves to be a review to let others know what they are truly getting. This was my first time here as I stated and it was a very beautiful and calming environment but I specially went there to get a Hydrafacial and they don't offer such. My skin looked nice but not nearly the same result as with the real machine. Please change your website to truly reflect the name of something else but you can not state you offer something when that name is trademarked and you don't own the actual patented technology. Call it a water facial or aqua facial but things are trademarked for a reason.

Sometimes you get differential treatment when you are going in for a deal and that absolutely was not the case. Jane was very sweet and easy to chat with. Her suite is cozy and her massage chair was incredibly comfortable. I visited her when I was pregnant, and she was very conscientious about what products she was using, their safety, and my comfort while lying down. She definitely took her time, and even went well over the time allotted for the appointment for some extra pampering. Definitely would highly recommend her services and she offers deals once you are subscribed to her email listserv.
