I called Renee 3 weeks later, she said she was busy, and asked me to call back the following week. I called back. She did not remember who I was nor remember my conversations with her. After re-describing my situation, she then informed me that she couldn't help me, told me to call another company and even gave me the names of 2 other liquidation companies. After several emails I got a personal check refund of $69 from the shipper - no explanation of how $69 vs. $100 was determined. In September and October my Hibid registration was declined by two auctioneers because of a new negative HiBid bidder rating. I have previously used HiBid for 3 years with no problems with ANY purchase in at least the past year. Gotta wonder how that happened.... I certainly can't recommend JerriBobs shipping and I have doubts about Premier Estate Services.
