The special activities planned throughout the year were thoughtful and enriching for the children. My only concern is management's communication with parents. At times my questions and concerns were met with a tone that felt dismissive rather than collaborative, and I've heard similar feedback from a few other parents. This created unnecessary worry and made it harder to feel like true partners in my child's care. While the classroom experience was excellent, leadership would benefit from clearer, more respectful communication and a stronger focus on working together with families. It's clear there is a lot of heart in running this school, and I hope these improvements can make the experience even better for future families.

The administration needs training regarding customer service, particularly communication with…read moreparents. I was spoken to harshly on multiple occasions for things like driving into the parking lot from the wrong entrance and bringing my daughters in too close to the cut off time for drop off. I understand the need to keep a tightly run ship, but overreacting by disrespecting parents is so unnecessary and hurtful. I would recommend that Toni and the rest of the staff focus more on communication with families and learn to deliver messages with kindness rather than scolding parents. I would not bring my children here as the inconsiderate attitude is just bad energy that filters through any organization, reaching classrooms, teachers, and the unfortunately your children.

In recent months, administration team was abruptly changed without any warning to the parents. The…read morenew admin (Vanessa and Natalia) came in extremely rude and agressive towards parents. She put a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths. There have been a plethora of new staff hired. The entire safety net and flow of the daycare is gone. I no longer trust my child in the care of these individuals and subsequently have decided to part ways with the center, as have many other parents, hence the decline in enrollment. Corporate doesn't honor complaints and doesn't seem to care about improving the school. The main priority of the center and administration now is to collect your payment every month. Update 10/2: My child suffered head injuries not once but TWICE under their care in our last week there. Ironically in the exact same location. Natalia, the assistant director did not even leave a voicemail properly informing me of the second incident to my child's head. No first aid was administered, and they did not attempt to contact me via the app. My child's injuries and bruising are so severe that I called the police and filed a formal police complaint and will be escalating the matter up to the State. The owner was present during this incident, and seemed as though he couldn't understand anything that was happening. He even left when he saw the police cars arriving. The entire staff and administration are negligent, incompetent, and uninterested in the wellbeing and safety of children. Protect your children and steer away from this place.

Our twins were in the infant room at TLE Cary for less than 2 months. Many of the teachers and…read moreassistants were very sweet and loving but the corporate atmosphere created a situation where the kids' needs were not first - money and policy were. Firstly, the director promised we could get a sibling discount on part-time (4 days per week care). It wasn't until the day I came in to sign enrollment paperwork that we were told by the owner there would be no discount since they were "doing a favor" by providing a 4-day week. It was a sneaky move and I wish I would have pushed back on the greedy owner. There were several policies that were detrimental to the children. Most days when I would pick up by babies they would be crying in their cribs while their teacher cleaned their classroom. When I brought this up, I was told it was the end of her day too and she was required to clean. Children should never be put in cribs to cry while someone uses cleaning products around them! I also saw feeding utensils put in the same bucket as cleaning supplies. Classrooms are consolidated at the end of the day to account for ratios. I noticed that my son was coming home with diaper rash, sometimes so bad it was bleeding. When I asked why they weren't using cream on him, they said it was because his cream was in his other classroom and they weren't allowed to move it with him. To allow a child to cry and bleed without diaper cream just because of policy is terrible. Overall there are plenty of great centers in the area. Spend a little extra money and enroll your children somewhere else.
