I have visited this location on several occasions, and had pretty good luck with their full exterior service. I was there a couple of days ago, and saw a line of cars waiting to go through the wash, and a lot of cars waiting to get detailed service so I chose to get a wash only, and wipe down my own car. That's when it went sideways. Turns out you need to use their vending machine to purchase a towel, which was ok until I went to use it. I inserted $2.00, then when I tried to read the screen to punch in a code C2, the screen was so faded from the constant sun exposure it was literally impossible. There were 4 worn out buttons at the top and 3 at the bottom, so assuming it was A, B, C, D, and 1, 2, 3, and after squinting really hard I thought I pressed what I thought was C 2. Then nothing! I asked the young lady working at the wash entrance for help only to get questioned several times, "Did you put any money in?" Come on, really..it's $2.00. She then reluctantly gave me another $2.00 and walked away. I did my best to try my luck again, and nada..Not wanting to go through another interrogation of whether I actually put the money in, I walked away..$2.00 is not worth the aggravation. There is no full service anymore, but they won't tell you that when you are paying. Only after you drive thru and go looking for the interior cleaning. Total Ripoff. You can drive thru at the gas stations for less than half the price. read more

Crappy car wash, components of the wash don't work most of the time. You pay for them, but don't get the application. Vacuums are terrible, and I'm sorry for the people that have to work there. read more

WORST CAR WASH EVER !!! I would not recommend using these Guys, crap service , vacuums are broke , they close early whenever they want, tire shine is always out, towels are wet and not dry which is what they are used for to "dry" your car off . Contact these guys with issues and they could care less! You guys suck! A 6 yo kid could hand wash a car better than your machines . read more

Garbage. Their machine scratched my rear view mirror and I was told they're not going to do anything about it. The young men working there said, they have no managers, no one was in charge, and nobody locks up at night. If the place is that poorly ran, it should not be in business; or they were lying through their teeth which goes to show the level of service provided. The quality isn't worth the cheapest wash. I wouldn't mind if the whole place went bankrupt. read more

Yea it was a great place when they opened but they skip a lot of steps now. Either pay the staff more or manage. The cleaners outside are not doing the job like washing the mats. Don't depend on decent tips. Around here we have 10 cent millionaires who give just two bucks on a 35 dollar total cleaning. Not happy. read more

I'm from out of town but very satisfied! They give the option of full or self service for the interior and have vacuums, rags and glass cleaner in self service. Place is neat and clean! read more

After the drive from Atlanta, four kids, and a wife who doesn't see how dirty the minivan is, I took the Odessey to Carolina Car Wash, which was not the closest car wash. The first wash was closed for paving (after 8 weeks of Covid?) and the next two were self wash with a pressure washer kinda places. The greeter upsold me to get the $25 exterior wash with tire shine and their new wax. I needed wax so I went for it. When my van came out the other end of the wash the wheels and tires sparkled. Literally sparkled! I found plenty of clean, dry towels and cleaner spray. I went to work drying and then I noticed the hood still looked dull. The rest of the paint actually looked good, better than I expected, but the hood was not great. After I finished cleaning the interior, and using the spectacular vacuum, I went to find a manager and get advise on the hood paint. I met Nikki, the owner on premises. I showed her the issue and asked her advice and she asked me to wait a minute. In less than a minute an employee was hand waxing my hood! After she buffed it out and made the hood amazing, I asked Nikki what I owed? She said, "I want you to be a satisfied customer!" I tipped the wax employee $10 and left very satisfied!! read more

This was the worst car wash I ever had. The entire back side of my car looked like it had never been touched with soap or water. I went home and wiped off the back of the car and the cloth was black with dirt. Never again. read more

My car was still dirty after going through the wash tunnel, and there was soap dripping from it. They no longer do interior cleaning, it is basically a do-it-yourself place. A total waste of my $20. read more

I tried out this car wash and it was great! Really did a good job of cleaning the outside of my truck and the kids liked riding through with all of the colorful bubbles. Since they are new, people should have a little patience as they get all of the kinks worked out. In response to a previous review, yes most people know how to use a touch screen but it was nice having someone there to explain all of the specials...if they continue to focus on the customer experience, I will continue to use and recommend this car wash. One of the best features was the tire shine...it actually made my tires look like they were done by hand! read more

This has got to be the worst value in bluffton and Hilton head. For starters all of the high school kids work here and do not take this job seriously what so ever. I purchased and unlimited car wash plan, it was the top tier plan for the top tier wash, on top of paying monthly to get my car washed they want me to pay $12 every single time I get the car washed in order for any employee to even consider vacuuming the car, otherwise I'm forced to do it myself at a lackluster self service station. For $20 I can get a far superior car wash with interior service at Bluffton Carwash locates off of bluffton parkway next to the en-mart. Just absolutely ridiculous... don't make people pay more on top of what they pay monthly for a full service! read more

Passing thru Bluffton, 1st time at this car wash. Quick process, nice staff, and the car wash did its job. We opted to not go through detailing but stopped after going thru wash to dry any spots, quick DIY vacuum, and tire detailing. For the price and many options, would go thru again. read more

The staff was friendly, and the waiting room is nice. I paid $28 for the managers special and it was not worth the money. They did a great job vacuuming and the windows were nice and clean.
